Screenshots of a PHP/MYSQL Database System for Land Trusts

Screenshots of a PHP/MySQL database system being developed for landtrusts. It provides secure user registration and login for security and data validation to reduce data entry errors or malicious data entry. The system administrator sets permissions for each user which allows them to only view or edit specific areas of the database.

Data is cross linked so users can view all properties related to a specific contact or all contacts related to a specific property. Properties are also linked to deed information and conservation restriction monitoring reports.

Grayed out areas on the navigation bar represent future modules to be added, such as donation tracking, image gallaries and user-based to-do lists. The navigation bar is currently showing links for ADMIN-level access; some links are not available at other access levels. The data displayed in the screenshots is fake information, for illustration purposes only.

The land trust which originally contracted for this system is seeking additional funding so we can add the missing modules and create a public release version, making the system available to all land trusts. Currently there is no open source or commercial database system which meets the needs of this group and can be run on both Macs and PC’s without needing additional software or a centralized office server.
