- Save time and money on your payroll services. Get the features you need without paying for ones you don't.
- Run as many payrolls as you need to. Whether you pay your employees every week or just once a month, the fee is the same.
- Offer your employees direct deposit at no additional cost.
- Automatically create payroll tax forms and file and pay federal and state taxes electronically.
- Run payroll at your convenience, as late as 5pm EST two days before payday for direct deposit, or on payday if you handwrite or print your paychecks.
- Import all data directly into Mac, Windows, and online versions of Intuit Quickbooks (Microsoft Money, Peachtree and Quicken are also supported).
- Track accrued vacation and sick time, and update automatically each time you run payroll.
- Include bonuses, nontaxable reimbursements or other additions to paychecks, or health insurance and other pre or post tax deductions.
- Create up to two pay rates for the same employee, in addition to overtime rates.
- File new hire paperwork with the state of Massachusetts electronically.
- Print out new hire packets with all the required tax forms for your employees to fill out.
- Print out completed copies of any tax forms that can not be filed electronically, including filing and mailing instructions.
- Print extra copies of tax forms, W-2’s, paystubs, or other documents, anytime you need to.
- Run and print various reports for your accountant, your workers compensation audit, etc.
- Set up reminders and to-do lists that appear when you log into your account.
- Receive automatic email reminders when payroll taxes are due or other deadlines are coming up.
- Have more flexibility with your cash flow. Payroll taxes are not withdrawn from your account until you choose to pay them. If you pay employees with direct deposit, the only money that comes out of your account when you run payroll is the net check amount. If you pay with paper checks, NOTHING comes out of your account until your employee actually cashes the check.
- Seasonal employers can avoid monthly service charges by 'cancelling' their accounts during the months they have no payroll and, a week before running their next payroll, reactivating it. Note that in order to file quarterly or year-end reports and tax payments, the account must be reactivated (and the monthly fee will apply) for that month.

- Direct deposit to up to two accounts, allowing employees to set up their own savings plan and never worry about misplacing a paycheck.
- Online access to paystubs; they can print duplicate copies themselves anytime they need to.
- Accrued sick and vacation time appears on their paystubs, so they always know what they have.
Optional (additional fees apply)
- “Pay as you go” worker's compensation premiums: $5.00 per month, regardless of the number of employees. Each payment is based on your actual payroll, so you avoid large pre-payments or surprise bills at the end of the policy year. Not available for all carriers.
- Online timeclock: $3.00 per employee enrolled in the timeclock system. Choose from online timesheets or a multi-user online in/out time clock. Fully integrated with the payroll system, so you don’t have to calculate or re-enter hours, but you can adjust hours as needed to fix employee mistakes. Not recommended for businesses whose employees regularly work Sundays (and are subject to Sunday overtime rules) or holidays, as it only treats hours over 40 per week as subject to overtime pay, requiring adjustments to any other hours which need to be paid at overtime rates.
