Services are available on a weekly, monthly or quarterly basis depending on the client’s needs, using Quickbooks Desktop, Quickbooks Online or Xero. Support is also available for BQECore, Factor and Wave users.

I’ve been running my own business since 1991, providing bookkeeping and payroll services to small businesses, sole proprietors and nonprofits. I’m a data geek who enjoys playing with spreadsheets and analyzing data, developing budgeting tools and cost allocation strategies, and managing cash flow and expenses.
I’ve been using Quickbooks Desktop since 1999 and Quickbooks Online since 2009. I’ve also worked in Xero, Wave, Buildium and ArchiOffice/BQECore, and can do quite a bit with Excel.

I’ve been an Office Manager with Human Resources duties for twenty years, working in several sectors including nonprofit, property management, banking, and manufacturing.
My relationship with Jo Landers Business Services began in 2015 when I became the Office and HR Manager of one of her clients. After working with her as a contractor and expanding my own bookkeeping skills, I accepted the position of Office and HR Manager with her new corporation – Jo Landers, Inc – in September 2020.

I started bookkeeping in 2025, and I am currently a Business major at Springfield Technical Community College. I enjoy the detail oriented nature of data entry and assisting clients with their needs. Having lived in Western Mass for most of my life, I take pride in supporting local businesses.
